    The American Hospital Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives are coming together to deliver a joint session on the important topic of safety in healthcare.
    This presentation will discuss the role of leadership and a number of the innovative ways that healthcare organizations have tackled the goal of creating high reliability organizations and making care safer for all patients.
