Visa applications
Delegates are responsible for securing their visas. Check if you need to apply for a visa here. We strongly recommend applying early, as some visa processes may take over a month to complete. If you need an invitation letter to support your application, it will be issued after your registration fee has been fully paid. Once payment is complete, log in to your registration account, go to “My Registration”, then complete the form to download your visa invitation letter.
