Since 2007, Sandrine is Director of the Medical strategy and performance Department at Unicancer, responsible for medical information, efficiency, quality and risk management, medical-scientific projects and health law within the network. Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from Ecole des Mines de Paris, Sandrine is responsible for developing management tools for the French hospital market, organizational audits and defending Unicancer’s position before the Ministry of Health concerning financial issues and hospital pricing systems. In 2013, she supervised a successful study on the evolution of the treatment of cancer patients, reconducted until 2025. She has led many projects to ensure quality care for patients suffering from cancer, among which a digital tool designed to help patients to get ready for their next consultations (Clic’Consult) and a national experimental project that will build the coordination of healthcare teams around patients receiving cancer drugs, to allow them to be monitored from home (Onco’Link).
