Chief Executive Officer of Unicancer since January 2020, Sophie Beaupère is a Hospital Director (School of Advanced Studies in Public Health) with a University degree from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in public management from Paris Dauphine University.
From 2015 to 2020, she has also been Deputy Director General of Center Léon Bérard – the French Comprehensive Cancer Center (FCCC) of Lyon – and Vice-President of the Association of Hospital Directors (ADH). Previously, she was Director of Activity and Finances at Gustave Roussy, FCCC of Villejuif, near Paris.
Sophie Beaupère collaborates with President Prof. Jean-Yves Blay in driving Unicancer’s strategic program.
A physician and cardiologist with a focus on preventative care, she is a senior lecturer at ANU Medical School and the Human Futures Fellow for the ANU College of Health and Medicine. She is chair of the Commission for the Human Future and a member of the ANU Institute for Climate, Disaster Science and Energy Change. As a physician she involved in research on environment factors on our health and she is fascinated by the impact of how and where we live on our health and wellbeing. She cohosts the public policy podcast Policy Forum Pod at ANU and she writes on health policy, public policy and health and climate change.

Dr. Mohamed Hablas,is the Regional Director of Saudi German Hospitals in Egypt and North Africa with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and hospital management.He has a Master of Business Administration,(Major Healthcare Management) from The Autonomous University of Barcelona-Spain,a Diploma in Healthcare Management from the American University in Cairo, a Diploma in Hospital Management from Missouri State University-USA,a certified professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality-USA and a Medical Degree from Ain Shams University,School of Medicine. He is a qualified leader in startup and operation of Hospitals,with a leadership role and qualities along with a strong team building in achieving International Accreditations of the high standards in quality including American, German and Canadian accreditations to promote quality in Hospitals.He had several senior leadership roles in healthcare industry in the Gulf and Middle East Hospitals along with several collaborations with International Hospitals and Healthcare Institutions.
