Dr. Vanesa Quiroga
Medical Oncologist, Head of Care, Medical Oncology Department at Catalan Institut of Oncology (ICO-Badalona), Spain
Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Barcelona and specialized in Medical Oncology in 2010. Since then, she works as an assistant doctor at the Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO) in Badalona (her current care dedication is based on the treatment of breast cancer).
In 2019 she obtained the title of Doctor in Medicine, with a Cum Laude qualification, and she has been continued researching in cancer. She is the author and co-author of several publications in journals with impact factor and communications in national and international congresses. She has experience in phase I, II and III clinical trials, both national and international as principal investigator and sub-investigator in her workplace.
She completed the official master’s degree in Health Management (UIC- International University of Catalonia) in 2018, serving as the Head of Care from June 2017 to the present in the Medical Oncology Department at ICO-Badalona.
