Teresa Scantamburlo is a postdoctoral researcher at the European Centre for Living Technology (ECLT), at Ca’Foscari University of Venice (Italy). From 2017 to 2019 she has worked at the University of Bristol (UK) on the ThinkBig project to study the impact on AI and big data on human decision making and social regulation. Now she is involved in the AI4EU project where she contributed to the piloting of European Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI and the coordination of the Observatory on Society and AI and the working groups on ethical and legal AI. She is the co-editor of the book: “Machines We Trust. Perspectives on Dependable AI” recently published by MIT press in 2021
