Dr Pinar Guven Uslu

Dr. Pinar Guven Uslu is an associate professor in accounting at Norwich Business School at University of East Anglia in UK. She specialises in healthcare financing and quality management. Prior to entering into academia she worked for Deloitte and Touche International and took part in audit and tax consultancy projects for several companies and financial institutions. She holds a BSc Economics (Middle East Technical University), MSc. Accounting & Finance and PhD in Change Management and Benchmarking in Healthcare Organisations, from University of East Anglia, England UK.
Pinar has taken part in research projects about healthcare management in different countries including England, Vietnam, Zambia, Nigeria and Turkey. Several of her academic papers are in the context of English National Health Service and includes topics such as benchmarking, change management, healthcare commissioning, professional networks, inter organisational relations, non financial performance indicators, social and political aspects of public healthcare.
