한국어 - I agree to inform the International Hospital Federation (IHF) immediately if I am unable to fulfill my responsibilities as a speaker, presenter or session chair at the 49th World Hospital Congress
- I agree to disclose any actual, perceived or potential conflict of interest to the IHF.
- I authorize the IHF and the Korean Hospital Association (KHA) to use my name, image, photograph, and biographical information for the organization and promotion of the 49th World Hospital Congress.
- I authorize the IHF and KHA to capture photographs and videos during my presentation and use, distribute, and retain them for promotional purposes across IHF and KHA media, without any payment or compensation.
- I give the IHF and KHA permission to record, use, reproduce, and distribute my poster, with proper attribution to me (if applicable). I understand that this does not affect my copyright ownership of the poster and does not prevent me from using it in any manner or granting permission for others to do so.
- I confirm that my presentation and/or poster (if applicable) does not infringe on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. I also confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory. I have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party material used and have the authority to agree to these terms.
