Holds a Medical Residency in Preventive and Social Medicine, with an emphasis on Hospital and Health Systems Administration, from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo – FMUSP, in addition to a Specialization in Hospital and Health Systems Administration from the São Paulo School of Business Administration of the Getulio Vargas Foundation.

Dr Caterina Camerani

Ph.D. chemist with 25+ years of international leadership in sustainability, ESG, and HSE&S across chemicals, forestry, packaging, and MedTech. Experienced in driving integrated sustainability strategies that create business value, reduce value-chain risks, and accelerate growth. Currently Global VP Sustainability at Mölnlycke Health Care, leading sustainability strategy, governance and ESG reporting.
Deep expertise in Net Zero, circular economy, supply chain sustainability, biodiversity, safety, human rights, and community impact, underpinned by strong operational experience in Lean Six Sigma, ISO, LCA, innovation, and due diligence. Through the years, active contributor to global platforms including the World Green Building Council (Board), WBCSD, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Business for Nature, EDANA, and MedTech Europe. Globally minded leader with experience across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Australia.

Ms Ayelet Dressler

Ayelet Dressler is a healthcare sustainability leader specializing in the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into complex healthcare systems. She holds an M.P.H. from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Emergency and Disaster Management and Humanitarian Response, bringing a systems perspective to building more resilient, responsible, and future-ready healthcare organizations.

As Director of Sustainability at Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest hospital and one of the world’s leading academic medical centers, she leads the organization’s sustainability strategy across environmental stewardship, social impact, and responsible governance, working closely with leadership to embed ESG into the hospital’s long-term direction.

Working closely with healthcare executives, policymakers, government agencies, and international partners, Ayelet focuses on translating sustainability ambitions into practical implementation, organizational transformation, and long-term health policy, helping shape more resilient and future-ready healthcare systems.

Before joining Sheba, Ayelet advised organizations on ESG strategy and sustainability and lectured on the subject at Reichman University. She is a frequent speaker at national and international forums, where she shares practical approaches to advancing sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon healthcare.

Prof. Mei-Yi Wu

Prof. Mei-Yi Wu is Vice Superintendent (R&D) at Shuang Ho Hospital and Professor at Taipei Medical University. A nephrologist and health systems researcher, she is a global leader in sustainable healthcare transformation.

She is the lead author of a landmark 2025 JMIR publication proposing a net-zero kidney care model based on a 4D framework: digital transformation, low-carbon healthcare, circular economy, and preventive medicine. Under her leadership, Shuang Ho Hospital has established robust ESG governance and achieved measurable reductions in carbon intensity, earning multiple national sustainability awards.

Her Green Nephrology Initiative has pioneered low-carbon renal care through dialysis wastewater recycling, medical material repurposing, and optimized clinical pathways. An internationally recognized speaker, Prof. Wu has delivered over 20 invited lectures at global platforms, including the SRI Congress and the National University of Singapore. She remains dedicated to scaling climate-informed models to decarbonize high-intensity healthcare systems worldwide.
