Dr Mohammed Al Ahmari

Dr Mohammed AlAhmari, PhD, RRT, FAARC, FCCP, FCCM, AFCHSM is a senior healthcare executive and board-certified director with over three decades of leadership in transforming healthcare systems across Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as Supervisor of Security Forces Hospital Program with Affiliated Centers and Clinics of the Eastern and Northern Health Cluster, he leads large-scale initiatives aligned with Vision 2030, focusing on value-based care, network optimization, and system-wide performance improvement.
Dr AlAhmari has held multiple C-suite roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of major healthcare networks, where he successfully drove accreditation transformation to 100%, expanded service capacity, and significantly enhanced operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and financial performance. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing accountable care models, digital health integration, and population health strategies.

An Associate Professor of Respiratory Therapy and an internationally recognized fellow of leading medical societies, he has contributed extensively to academic research, with over 70 publications. He also serves on multiple national and international boards and advisory committees, shaping healthcare policy, governance, and professional standards.

Prof. Dr Jaroslaw J. Fedorowski

Medical doctor with international board certifications in cardiology, internal medicine, and managed care. Global healthcare executive, former hospital management company CEO and board member. University professor with strong academic foundation, holding two doctorate degrees, as well as MBA in healthcare administration earned from institutions in Poland and the United States.

His academic affiliations include Zamoyski Academy in Poland (est. 1594) the University of Vermont College of Medicine in the USA (est. 1791) and the University of Split School of Medicine in Croatia. In addition to his international leadership roles, Prof. Fedorowski serves as the Chairman of the Healthcare Poland Foundation, Chairman of the Polish Association of Physician Managers, President of the Polish Association of Managed Care and Vice President of the Association of Innovative Technologies for Health (Poland).
He is a licensed yacht captain and sailing instructor. He is also a drummer at “Kardioband” R&B music group in Poland.

Mr Carlos Oliete

Health economist and political scientist with extensive experience in strategic consulting, health policy, and organizational transformation in the healthcare and social sectors. He currently serves as Head of the Technical Office and International Relations at La Unió ( Catalan Hospital, Health & Social Services Association), where he leads the strategic direction of key projects, promotes knowledge management and benchmarking initiatives.

Carles has particular expertise in strategic planning, clinical and organizational management, patient and family experience, and international collaboration. He gas an Executive Master’s in Healthcare Management at ESADE and holds postgraduate degrees in Health Economics, Public Management, and Intelligence Analysis. He has been recognized internationally as a Young Executive Leader by the International Hospital Federation and is actively involved in innovation, governance, and future-oriented healthcare initiatives

Ms Soo Min Wong

As Group Chief Financial Officer of the National University Health System (NUHS), Ms Wong Soo Min leads the development of the financial and business strategies, while ensuring effective internal controls and ongoing financial sustainability of NUHS. She also oversees the Enterprise Risk Management, working closely with the institutions to ensure that they have the robust framework in place.

As the Corporate Office Chief of Staff, she assists the Chief Executive in shaping strategies and leading the integration efforts of NUHS. Ms Wong has held senior leadership positions in both Finance and Operations in technology multinationals like Hewlett Packard Inc, Micron Technology Inc and an Intel-Micron Joint Venture, with experience encompassing business partnership and analytics, development and implementation of transformation initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, start-up operations, supply chain, quality and partners’ management. She has extensive experience in finance where she led worldwide teams in facilitating the transparency of financial performance across institutions, working with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive improved performance and ensuring that business decisions are grounded in sound analysis with the appropriate accountability.

Ms Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
