Session description:

Are you curious about the Geneva Sustainability Centre (GSC) and how it can support you and your hospital to become more sustainable? Are you concerned about where to start to address climate change, or you are unsure about how to continue planning your progresses strategically?

The GSC team will welcome you for an interactive discussion about the type of support that can get your hospital to its next sustainability maturity level. From leadership competencies to strategic planning and accreditation standards, you will learn about some key areas that can be explored to reach net-zero healthcare. Find out what the GSC does to support IHF members, and have an opportunity to share and advise about what else should be done to accelerate action globally.

This session is open to healthcare executives and participants eager to generate positive impact in their hospitals for their communities and places. The maximal capacity is 25 participants. Interested participants will have to register ahead of time.

Registration will open soon.

The International Hospital Federation launched the Geneva Sustainability Centre in 2022 to support hospitals and healthcare services in addressing the sustainability challenges of today and tomorrow. Its mission is to equip hospital leaders with the information, tools and strategies that will support them on their journey towards low-carbon, resilient, equitable and sustainable healthcare.
