Dr Luis Lobón

Luis Lobón, MD, MHPM, FACEP, is Vice President of Mass General Brigham International, former Vice Chair of Mass General Brigham Enterprise Emergency Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

A practicing physician within the Mass General Brigham Emergency Medicine Enterprise, Dr Lobón is a recognized leader in healthcare innovation with extensive international experience. He has led collaborations with ministries of health, healthcare organizations, and industry partners across the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, advancing initiatives that strengthen health systems, expand access, improve quality, and develop future healthcare leaders. His work emphasizes global partnerships, local talent development, leadership capacity building, and innovation in care delivery and population health.

Dr Lobón is also a leader in executive healthcare education. He previously served as Program Director for the International Emergency Department Leadership Institute and directed leadership and management fellowship programs at Mass General Brigham and the University of British Columbia. He is past President of the Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians and serves on multiple boards.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Cantabria in Spain, completed residency training at Mount Sinai and Beth Israel Medical Centers, and holds a master’s degree from New York University.

Dr Philipp Rohde

Dr. Philipp Rohde is the Corporate Marketing Strategy Lead for Healthcare AI at Siemens Healthineers. Since 2024, he has been responsible for shaping strategic initiatives that accelerate the adoption of a global portfolio of artificial intelligence solutions in healthcare and drive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth across the healthcare sector.

Previously, he held a range of leadership positions at Siemens Healthineers in marketing, portfolio management, and business strategy, including Head of Marketing for Photon-Counting CT, Head of Portfolio Management for Cardiovascular Care, and Head of Marketing for Cardiology Solutions. His work has focused on bringing innovative imaging and cardiovascular solutions to market, shaping portfolio strategy, and translating technological advancements into clinical and customer value.

Dr Emmanuel Rupert

Dr Emmanuel Rupert is the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Narayana Health since 2019. A graduate of Banaras Hindu University, he joined Narayana Health in 2000 as Chief Consultant in Anaesthesia and Director of Academic Services. Over the years, he has served in several roles including clinician, medical administrator, and Group Medical Director before assuming his current leadership position.

Dr Rupert is widely recognized for transforming clinical expertise into strategic healthcare leadership. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his leadership strengthened clinical capacity, improved cost management, and streamlined operations, enabling the organization to recover quickly and sustain growth.

He has overseen multiple greenfield and brownfield expansions while guiding Narayana Health into a new era of healthcare innovation. A strong advocate of technology-driven healthcare, he is leading initiatives to integrate data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Iot to build a digitally enabled healthcare ecosystem.

Under his leadership, Narayana Health achieved enterprise-level accreditation from Joint Commission International, reinforcing its commitment to quality, patient safety, and clinical excellence across its healthcare network.
