IHF Virtual Care SIG: Leaders’ Rapid Development Lab

This interactive leaders’ lab, hosted by the IHF’s Virtual Care Special Interest Group (SIG) in collaboration with Apollo Hospitals Group, will bring healthcare executives together to tackle real-world operational challenges through the lens of virtual care.

Working in facilitated small groups, participants will explore a series of scenarios to test ideas and develop solutions that can be applied in diverse healthcare settings. Participants will collaborate to identify how virtual care strategies can help address common healthcare challenges, taking operational realities into account.
