Mr Anthony Andreas

Anthony Joseph Andreas, RN, MSN, CCRN, is the Assistant Nurse Manager of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He has spent more than a decade caring for critically ill cardiac patients and is passionate about helping both patients and nurses succeed. Throughout his career, Anthony has combined bedside expertise with leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives that focus on improving patient outcomes and advancing nursing practice. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University and continues to enjoy teaching, coaching, and supporting the professional growth of nurses at all stages of their careers. His clinical interests include early mobility for patients receiving mechanical circulatory support, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Anthony has presented his work at regional, national, and international conferences and has published on nurse-led mobility initiatives in critical care. Anthony believes that great patient care begins with teamwork, compassion, and empowering nurses to lead positive change in healthcare.

Dr Bohm Choi

Dr. Bohm Choi is an accomplished South Korean prosthodontist currently serving as the Head of Dentistry at the Korean Medical Center (KMC) in Lusail, Doha, Qatar.With over 18 years of clinical and academic experience, Dr. Choi is highly skilled in advanced restorative treatments. He holds both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Prosthodontics. Before moving to Qatar, he served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Korea’s Uijeongbu St. Mary’s Hospital and was a frequent guest speaker at major dental conferences.Dr. Choi specializes in implantology, complex prosthodontics, and dental aesthetics. His clinical approach emphasizes the combination of aesthetic outcomes with biomechanical stability. Known for delivering precise, high-quality patient care, he has established himself as a trusted dental expert for both international and local communities in Qatar.

Ms Martha George

Martha George, APRN, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founding provider of Mayo Clinic Florida’s Care Transitions Clinic. Since 2021, she has led the development and implementation of innovative transitional care and observation medicine models focused on reducing 30-day readmissions, improving care coordination, and decreasing avoidable emergency department utilization.

As Lead APP for both the Care Transitions Clinic and Care Transitions Unit, Martha oversees APP-driven programs dedicated to observation-level care, post-hospital transitional management, and hospital throughput optimization across inpatient and outpatient settings. Her work has focused on building scalable care pathways that support safe discharge acceleration, reduce unnecessary hospitalization, and improve timely access to follow-up care.

Martha also serves as an Instructor in Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Science, where she mentors APP students and colleagues while contributing to multidisciplinary initiatives focused on care transitions, quality improvement, patient outcomes, and healthcare system efficiency.

Mr Hamzah Hafiq

Hamzah Hafiq, MD is a Senior Orthopaedic Surgery Resident at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Before entering residency training, he served as a general practitioner in remote areas of Indonesia, where he managed a wide range of clinical conditions and gained experience working in resource-limited healthcare settings. His clinical interests include trauma, wound management, and reconstructive orthopaedic surgery. Alongside his clinical training, he has been involved in research focused on improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery, particularly in developing countries. His current work focuses on the Reverse Aqua Pump–VAC, an affordable innovation for wound care management in resource-limited settings. Through clinical practice and research, he is interested in practical innovations that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Ms Hyunjung Jeon

Hyunjung Jeon is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Emergency Department at Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Republic of Korea. She specializes in emergency and critical care nursing, with a particular focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and early recognition of clinical deterioration. She has led and participated in multidisciplinary quality improvement initiatives to enhance emergency department processes and strengthen continuity of care, including the development of standardized clinical protocols and communication systems.

Ms Sílvia Moreira da Silva

Projects, Reporting & Contract Management Director at Hospital de Cascais (the only Portuguese Public-Private Partnership Hospital). Economist (Master’s thesis in Health Economics), Executive MBA, Master in Management (Master’s thesis in Emergency Department Optimization), 20 years of experience in the Health Sector (including 15 years as a Manager and Head of Operations of Health Units); writer of Health Case Studies and scientific articles and market research analysis in health magazines. IHF Young Executive Leader 2019. HIMSS EMRAM stage 7 project developer. International work experiences cover countries such as China, India, Canada and Mozambique.
