Dr Alexander Jankuloski

Alexander Jankuloski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience across the Middle East, bringing a strong track record in hospital management, operational transformation, and healthcare growth strategies.

Recognized for three consecutive years among Forbes Middle East’s Top 100 Healthcare Executives, Mr. Jankuloski is also an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Managers, and he completed his professional healthcare education in Germany and Australia.

Mr. Jankuloski remains committed to advancing healthcare delivery through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that patients and communities receive exceptional, sustainable care.

Dr Olga Schiopu

Olga Schiopu is a physician and healthcare executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in hospital management. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Medpark International Hospital, Moldova’s first and largest multidisciplinary private hospital. Beginning her career at Medpark as a neurologist, she advanced through clinical and executive leadership roles, including Medical Director, before becoming CEO.

Under her leadership, Medpark has strengthened its position through international quality standards, digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and regional healthcare partnerships. Beyond her role at Medpark, Olga actively contributes to the development of Moldova’s healthcare system through professional associations, public-private dialogue, and policy discussions focused on quality of care, patient safety, healthcare financing, workforce development, and innovation. She is also an active participant in European healthcare management forums, advocating for patient-centered care, collaboration, and sustainable healthcare transformation.

Ms Mei Kriezl Ulit

Ms. Mei Kriezl Vidad-Ulit, Supervising Administrative Officer of the Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, is a healthcare professional with expertise in hospital revenue cycle management and PhilHealth claims administration. She is committed to improving hospital financial performance by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of PhilHealth claims.

She has contributed to increasing hospital financial resources through effective claims monitoring, documentation review, compliance with PhilHealth policies, and coordination with physicians and hospital departments. Her efforts have helped maximize reimbursements, reduce denied and returned claims, minimize processing backlogs, and improve claims collection efficiency.

She believes that efficient PhilHealth claims management plays a vital role in sustaining hospital operations and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services. Through her work, she continues to promote operational excellence, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement in hospital administration.

Dr Danny Widjaja

Dr. Danny Widjaja is a physician-executive with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical governance, and patient safety in Indonesia.

He currently serves as GM Quality, Risk & Safety at Siloam International Hospitals, one of Indonesia’s largest private hospital networks operating 41 hospitals across 23 cities. His responsibilities span quality governance, risk management, patient safety, and hospital accreditation at group level. Previously, he held roles as Regional Executive Director and Hospital CEO within the same group.

Danny is a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (FISQua) and serves as Head of Accreditation Survey Compartment at LAM-KPRS, Indonesia’s national hospital accreditation body. He also lectures in the MBA Hospital Administration program at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR), Bandung.

He holds a medical degree from Diponegoro University, Semarang, and a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Pasundan University, Bandung.

At IHF World Hospital Congress 2026, he presents findings from a network-wide Incident Management Scorecard implemented across Siloam’s 41-hospital group to strengthen incident reporting and learning-from-error culture.
