Mr Abiodun Aderibigbe

Abiodun Aderibigbe is the Head of Supply Chain at Evercare Hospital, Lekki, and an internationally award-winning supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience across the FMCG and healthcare sectors. His expertise spans procurement, logistics, inventory management, contract management, and demand planning. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Transportation Management and has built his career around driving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and strengthening supply chain performance.

Abiodun is passionate about building resilient, data-driven, and patient-centred supply chains that directly support clinical teams. Through initiatives such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and digital integration, he focuses on ensuring that caregivers have timely access to the resources they need to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Dr Jeffrey Castillo

Dr. Jeffrey T. Castillo is the Chief Health Program Officer of Tondo Medical Center, one of the government hospitals in Metro Manila, Philippines. He leads the implementation of the hospital’s Performance Governance System, strategic planning initiatives, and public health programs, while overseeing multidisciplinary healthcare services and organizational performance improvement as part of his responsibilities as concurrent head of the Office for Strategy Management and the Public Health Unit.

Dr. Castillo earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from UERMMMC and Master in Hospital Administration from the University of Santo Tomas (magna cum laude), and is a physician with training in Pediatrics. He is a governance advocate and a speaker on healthcare leadership, strategy execution, service delivery networks, and performance management.

As a key member of Tondo Med’s transformation journey, he helped lead the institution to multiple recognitions, including a Gold Award and an Honorable Mention at the IHF Awards in 2023 and 2025, and successive Gold Trailblazer Awards from the Institute for Solidarity in Asia. He has also served as a speaker, mentor, and panelist for healthcare organizations locally and internationally.

His work focuses on strengthening governance, innovation, and people-centered healthcare systems to improve health outcomes and organizational excellence.

Ms Tiffany Kautz

Tiffany  is the Vice President, Client Services at Accreditation Canada. Since 2021, she has contributed to national and international efforts to support health organizations in their accreditation and quality improvement journeys. She also serves as an Accreditation Canada Surveyor.

With a health care career spanning more than two decades, Tiffany has held leadership roles in executive hospital administration, nursing, and quality and patient safety. Her experience spans a wide range of clinical domains, where her work has consistently focused on advancing health service transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. A Registered Nurse by training, Tiffany brings broad clinical experience to her leadership, spanning various care settings and patient populations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Health Studies with a focus on Leadership. She is certified in quality and patient safety and holds additional credentials in change management.

Tiffany is passionate about enabling care excellence and is recognized for her ability to build trust and engagement through thoughtful dialogue and collaborative leadership.

Prof. Li Fong Lin

Prof. Li-Fong Lin is a Professor and the Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Taipei Medical University (TMU). Combining extensive expertise in assistive technology, barrier-free environment assessments, and immersive educational technologies, his work bridges academic research, clinical education, and healthcare transformation.

As an active investigator in virtual reality (VR) pedagogy, digital health applications, and interprofessional education (IPE), Prof. Lin leads strategic initiatives aimed at equipping the future healthcare workforce with adaptive resilience, digital fluency, and collaborative mindsets. Under his leadership, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center designs experiential learning frameworks—including VR teaching modules and interdisciplinary venture practicums—that address systemic challenges in clinical training, workforce well-being, and active aging.

At the 49th World Hospital Congress, Prof. Lin presents empirical insights on leveraging interprofessional entrepreneurship to foster psychological grit, mitigate professional burnout, and support long-term healthcare workforce retention.

Ms Chuan Wu

Ms. Chuan Wu is Director of the Community Health Department at Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. She provides strategic leadership in community health, integrated care, and long-term care, with a strong focus on developing people-centered healthcare systems for aging populations. Her work bridges hospital services, public health, and long-term care through cross-sector collaboration and innovative governance models that promote health equity and continuity of care. Her research interests include integrated care, healthy aging, healthcare information management, Social Return on Investment (SROI), and the implementation of the WHO Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) and Health Promoting Hospitals (HPH) frameworks. She is committed to translating evidence into practice by developing scalable, sustainable care models that improve population health and reduce healthcare disparities. She holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Information Management and is a PhD candidate at Yuan Ze University.
