Dr Susan Moffatt-Bruce
President, Beth Israel Lahey Health - Lahey Clinic, USA
Dr Susan D. Moffatt-Bruce, MD, FRCSC, PhD, MBA, MBOE, FACS, is Divisional President, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and President of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, responsible for leading all operational aspects of the academic medical center regarded for its clinic model of care. In 2024, she led the launch of the UMass Chan-Lahey Regional Medical School campus in Burlington, furthering Lahey’s advancement as a learning health system.
Prior to Joining Lahey in 2023, Dr. Moffatt-Bruce served as Chief Executive Officer of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and Royal College International and was a faculty member and professor at the University of Ottawa. Previously, she served as executive director at The Ohio State University (OSU) Wexner Medical Center.
Dr Moffatt-Bruce was honored with the American Medical Association Women Physicians Section Inspiration Award in 2023, was named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s Women Hospital Presidents and CEOs to Know for both 2024 and 2025 and was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts in 2024 and 2025. Recently she has been honored as one of the Boston Business Journal’s 2025 Icon Award recipients as part of the Women Who Mean Business program.

Mr Bryan Croft

Bryan Croft leads the day‑to-day operations of Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center, overseeing all service line and clinical support services with the goal of ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, effective and efficient patient care. He also serves as CEO of Cedars‑Sinai Marina Hospital.
Croft joined Cedars‑Sinai in 2010 as vice president of Operations and was promoted to senior vice president of Operations in 2017. He has been instrumental in advancing Cedars‑Sinai’s operations and developing clinical programs and services, working collaboratively with department chairs, senior management and medical staff. His leadership accomplishments include operational and strategic oversight of the Smidt Heart Institute at Cedars‑Sinai and the Cedars‑Sinai Comprehensive Transplant Center, the planning process for the Cedars‑Sinai Marina Hospital replacement facility, and expansion and establishment of new clinical programs.

An alumna of Lady Hardinge Medical College and the National University of Singapore, she trained in Orthopaedics before moving into hospital leadership across Singapore and India.
Her journey spans strategic roles with Singapore’s Ministry of Health, Changi General Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, and leadership of large tertiary care hospitals in India. Today, as CEO of Reliance Foundation Hospital, she leads one of India’s most advanced quaternary care institutions.
A future-forward leader, Dr. Tarang champions digital health, AI-enabled systems, and tech-enabled care models to drive operational excellence, clinical outcomes, and experiences.
