Ms Peachy Hain

Peachy Hain, MSN, RN, FACHE, has served as Executive Director of Nursing, Medical-Surgical Services at Cedars-Sinai since 2008. She oversees Surgical Services Units and Clinical Support programs, including Dialysis, inpatient Diabetes, Safe Patient Handling and Mobility, Wound Care and Ostomy, and Hospice, with responsibility for more than 600 employees and over 350 inpatient beds.

With more than 47 years of healthcare experience, Peachy is a recognized industry expert who leads numerous committees focused on improving patient experience, quality, safety, and length of stay. She has led safety efforts to prevent patient falls and reduce hospital-acquired pressure injuries, infection rates, and specimen mislabeling. To strengthen interdisciplinary teamwork, she helped develop a physician-nursing collaborative and instituted Progression of Care Rounds, driving significant gains in staff engagement and clinician satisfaction.

Peachy is a go-to leader for piloting bedside innovation, ensuring frontline staff guide decisions about the supplies, equipment, and technology they use. Her initiatives include the Aiva Nurse Assistant, Alexa for patients and caregivers, patient language interpretation and equipment-tracking devices, new patient beds, and ongoing exploration of AI to improve frontline staff workflow and well-being.

Dr Shamsa Lootah

Dr Shamsa Majid Lootah is a prominent healthcare leader in the United Arab Emirates, recognized for her significant contributions to public health and medical education. With a background in medicine as public health consultant, she has held various key positions in healthcare institutions, focusing on improving healthcare systems and patient care.

Dr Lootah is particularly noted for her work in health policy development and implementation, advocating for preventative care and health awareness initiatives. She has been instrumental in promoting community health programs and enhancing the quality of medical services in the UAE.

Her commitment to advancing healthcare standards is reflected in her involvement with national health strategies and collaborations with various health organizations. Dr Lootah’s leadership and expertise have made her a respected figure in the UAE’s healthcare landscape, inspiring future generations of healthcare professionals.

Dr Michelle Medina

Dr. Michelle Medina is the Executive Medical Director for Value Based Operations and the Medical Director for Cleveland Clinic Connected in Asia Markets. Dr. Medina and her team are responsible for the health outcomes of populations in value-based arrangements, through a research-informed, mission-driven, holistic team approach. Working in close collaboration with Cleveland Clinic leaders, Dr. Medina leads strategic initiatives towards an integrated approach to achieving quality, appropriate care & sustainable outcomes for patients cared within the provider network. In her Cleveland Clinic Connected role within International & Emerging Markets, she leverages the same partnerships to support partner affiliates in achieving their clinical quality and operational excellence goals.

Mr Simon Radmore

Simon is an experienced leader in the Australian public health system. Beginning his career as Occupational Therapist, Simon completed a Master of Health Service Management and transitioned to roles in project management and operational management.

In his current role as Executive Director of Strategy & Office of the Chief Executive in the Northern Sydney Local Health District, Simon is responsible for strategic leadership across a broad range of focus areas, including innovation, research, education, partnerships, integration, leadership development, Innovation Precinct development, corporate governance and value-based healthcare.

In 2025 Simon completed a Deeble Scholarship through the Australian Healthcare & Hospitals Association (AHHA) and was an International Hospital Federation (IHF) Young Executive Leader (YEL) program participant. Simon is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the School of Population Health at the University of NSW (UNSW), an Associate Fellow, Australasian College of Health Service Management (AFCHSM), and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Mr Ming Jie, Jonathan Yeo

Jonathan Yeo is a Senior Data Scientist and Technology Lead in AI CORE at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH), part of JurongHealth Campus within Singapore’s National University Health System (NUHS). He leads a cross-functional technical team delivering strategic AI projects for frontline care.

He is the technical lead for IntelliRounds, an agentic AI clinical decision support platform that transforms fragmented clinical data into structured, clinician-reviewable insights at the point of care. The platform has advanced into supervised real-world deployment and is positioned for broader scale-up across the NUHS cluster.

Jonathan’s work spans the end-to-end translation of clinical AI from prototype to production—covering solution architecture, AI/ML algorithm design, LLM application design, evaluation, governance, and deployment in regulated healthcare environments. His focus is building production-ready, scalable clinical AI systems that are safe, auditable, operationally sustainable, and usable by frontline teams, with implementation approaches informed by Singapore’s AI in Healthcare Guidelines (AIHGle 2.0).
