Prof. Eugene Fidelis Soh
Deputy Group CEO (Population Health), NHG Health; Executive Director, Centre for Healthcare Innovation, Singapore
Professor Eugene Fidelis Soh is Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (Population Health) at NHG Health, Singapore, and Executive Director of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI). A physician leader with over 25 years in public healthcare, he stewards the health of 1.5 million residents across Central and North Singapore, overseeing population health, primary care, community care and shared clinical services.
From 2015 to 2024, he was Chief Executive Officer of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, transforming it into a digitally enabled “Hospital Without Walls” and delivering the 17-hectare HealthCity Novena Master Plan. TTSH was named Singapore’s Leading Hospital in the World’s Best Smart Hospital Rankings 2023, and received the International Hospital Federation’s Beyond the Call of Duty Award for its pandemic response.
At CHI, Singapore’s largest purpose-built hub for health system transformation, he unites more than 90 partners across health systems, academia, industry and government. In 2023, he brought together hospitals into the Hospitals of Singapore (HOS) Network, hosted by CHI. HOS represents 13 hospitals with over 80 percent of the nation’s hospital beds and is a full member of the Asian Hospital Federation and International Hospital Federation.
Dr Wang-Jun Lee
Chairman & CEO, Myongji Medical Foundation, Republic of Korea
Dr Lee is one of the most influential persons in the Korean healthcare sector. He is the Chairman and CEO of Myongji Medical Foundation, and runs one more acute hospital and three long-term care facilities. Also, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Korea’s most influential healthcare news and publishing company, ‘The Korean Doctors’ Weekly’, founded in 1992.
As the Vice-President of the Korean Hospital Association, he is also the Chairman of the Korea Healthcare Congress – which is the top healthcare congress in Asia.
He is also the immediate Past President of the Korean Society for Quality in Healthcare (KOSQua). Recently, he has been passionately involved in diverse national activities related to infection control and vaccine development during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Lee graduated from the Seoul National University, College of Medicine. He achieved Board of Surgery in Seoul National University Hospital. He was awarded a PhD degree from the same university.
Dr Lee joined the IHF Governing Council in May 2024 and was elected as IHF President Designate in November 2025.

Dr Jaseong Koo
Chairman, Eunsung Medical Foundation, Republic of Korea
Dr. Jaseong Koo is a board-certified OB-GYN and Chairman of Eunsung Medical Foundation, overseeing 12 Good Hospital Network facilities in South Korea. He earned his M.D. from Pusan National University, M.S. from Yonsei University, and an MBA from The Wharton School. After working as a McKinsey consultant, he joined the foundation in 2012. As a partner at Digital Healthcare Partners (DHP), Dr. Koo actively fosters healthcare startups and drives hospital innovation through technology integration.
Dr Wui-Chiang Lee
VP, Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan
Dr. Wui-Chiang Lee is Vice Superintendent and Chief Information Officer of Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) and Professor at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. A physician executive with expertise in gastroenterology, public health, healthcare management, and digital transformation, he has been a key leader in TVGH’s journey toward becoming an intelligent, data-driven hospital.
Dr. Lee has led the strategic development and clinical integration of artificial intelligence, big data analytics, precision medicine, digital pathology, intelligent monitoring, automation, and generative AI across hospital operations and patient care. Under his leadership, TVGH has established a growing ecosystem of AI-enabled clinical applications, integrating advanced technologies into real-world workflows to improve quality, patient safety, efficiency, and clinical decision-making. He strongly advocates human-centered AI, emphasizing clinical validation, responsible governance, and human accountability.
These efforts have contributed to TVGH achieving HIMSS EMRAM Stage 7 and being recognized by Newsweek among the World’s Best Smart Hospitals for four consecutive years (2023–2026).
Dr. Lee received his MD from National Yang-Ming University and earned an MHS and PhD from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Dr Kenneth Tsang
Regional CEO, IHH Healthcare North Asia, Hong Kong
Dr Kenneth Tsang leads the development and drives operational and clinical excellence of IHH’s business operations in North Asia which include multi-specialty hospitals, networks of primary, specialist and surgical clinics, as well as ambulatory care centres in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
In conjunction with his regional role, Dr Tsang heads Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong as Chief Executive Officer and provides oversight of Gleneagles Healthcare, Gleneagles MediCentre, Parkway Laboratory Services and Gleneagles PharmaHome in Hong Kong. He also spearheads Gleneagles Clinical Trials Centre which contributes to healthcare innovation and advancement in Hong Kong.
Prior to joining IHH, Dr Tsang was with the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong for over 25 years, first as a practising physician in Queen Elizabeth Hospital before taking up management roles in patient safety, strategy and service planning, infection control and cluster services at its Head Office.
Dr Tsang is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Community Medicine), a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine and a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. He is also an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of School of Public Health, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine of The University of Hong Kong.
