How to Submit

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

 

  • Entries must be submitted online by creating an account in the IHF Awards online submission portal. Previously registered users or those who submitted abstracts for the World Hospital Congress can use the same login details.
  • After logging in, select the category where you would like to enter your project or program. An entry can only be submitted for one award category, submitting one project in several categories is not allowed.
  • Each category will have a dedicated online entry form. This includes basic information about your organization and project and a number of questions that you will need to answer. To view the form, login and click on the specific category.
  • You can include supporting documents by uploading them before submitting the entry form. PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and JPG files are accepted. Up to 5 files can be uploaded and the maximum file size is 8MB.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY RULES

 

  • All entries must be for activities, services, projects and/or programs which have been completed or substantially completed from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2019 with quantifiable achievements/results/outcomes which can demonstrate innovation and/or excellence of the healthcare provider organization. Activities, services, projects and/or programs that have been completed before 1 January 2017 but had significant results or achievements within the specified 3 year time frame may also be submitted.
  • Consultancy companies or vendors representing public/private hospitals or healthcare facilities are NOT eligible to submit entries. Only healthcare service providers (public or private) can submit entries.
  • Each organization is allowed a maximum of two entries per category EXCEPT for the IHF/Dr. Kwang Tae Kim Grand Award in which only one entry per organization is allowed.
  • All entries should be endorsed by the CEO of the organization or equivalent.
  • The name of the project and the organization from the entry submission is final and will be used in the plaque and certificate for winning entries.
