Explore the sessions in Track 3: Clinical models enhancing quality

What are the latest strategies and innovations that are advancing the management and quality of clinical models, the patient experience, safety, and outcomes?

At this year’s World Hospital Congress, don’t miss these Track 3 sessions focusing on ensuring clinical quality and patient safety are fit for the future.

Innovative care approaches: Care elevation strategies, patient empowerment, and the care of tomorrow

Innovative approaches to designing patient pathways for hospital services can include strategies to manage multi-specialty care, collaboration to advance patient partnership, and facilities that enable the customization of care. The panel in this session will share experiences in delivering quality clinical care models for services across the spectrum.

Beyond hospital walls: Redefining care delivery models

Digital transformation projects increasingly drive the reimagination of hospital services. In this session, we explore examples of successful integration of digital solutions with a range of applications including hospital at home care, medicine and pharmacy services, and medical–social collaboration for chronic patients in rural settings.

Advancements in patient-centred care: Strategies and innovations

Consistent and coordinated care is a powerful tool to achieving better patient outcomes. In this session, the presentations will share strategies aimed at redesigning healthcare delivery, with an emphasis on patient-centred initiatives.

Sustainable quality of care: Transformation of hospitals and health systems in low-resource settings

Co-organized by the IHF, the Geneva Sustainability Centre, the French Development Agency, and Aga Khan Development Network.

In a collaborative initiative about hospital transformation in low-resource settings for people, places and planet, this session is part of a series of deep-dive exchanges. Panel 4 in the series explores the theme of quality of care in hospitals and health systems facing shortage of resources (technical, financial, and/or human). The discussions will focus on practical and operational aspects, identifying potential gaps and levers for action.

We are adding new sessions to the programme by the day. Check back regularly to view newly confirmed sessions and speakers.

And remember, each session in the programme will offer live translation (English to Portuguese / Portuguese to English) so you can easily participate and exchange with global peers.
