WHC 2025 App

The App is your gateway to the World Hospital Congress, keeping you up to date with the latest announcements, sessions, and events, as well as connecting you with other attendees, speakers, and exclusive Q&A opportunities.

1. Download the App from your app store

Visit your app store (either Apple or Google Play) and search for ‘World Hospital Congress 2025’. Then click to install it on your device.

2. Log in to the WHC 2025 App

  • Log in to your unique profile by entering the email address you used to register for WHC 2025.
  • Agree to the terms and conditions

3. Update your WHC 2025 profile

  • Once you have logged in to the app, you can now edit your profile! Click on your photo in the top right-hand corner to update your profile information and click “Update”.

4. Start exploring the App!

You now have access to everything the Congress App has to offer!

This includes the Congress programme, posters, information about the speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and Innovation Hub. You can also connect with other attendees.

  • Explore the full programme with details about all session topics and speakers.
  • Create your own agenda by adding sessions you’re interested in to your personalized day-by-day schedule.

Network with attendees, speakers, and sponsors:

  • Create your networking-ready profile by adding your professional information and interests.
  • Communicate with other attendees using the in-app messaging function.

When the Congress opens…

Participate in Q&A and polling: Ask questions to speakers and participate in real-time polls during sessions.

View posters: View and vote for your favorite posters

Share your highlights and photos: Exchange ideas and the takeaways from your favourite sessions on the networking wall.
